For additional peace of mind, we encourage customers to insure their fine jewelry against loss, theft, or accidental damage, as these situations are not covered under our warranty.

Each piece of fine jewelry is carefully handcrafted to order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.

Shipping

To ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely, all orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air. Shipping time begins once your order has been completed, not from the date it was placed.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from VS BROTHERS Fine Jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all merchandise must be in new, unworn condition and returned with its original packaging, documentation, and proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-designed or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved pieces
  • Special orders
  • Loose diamonds or gemstones that have been mounted or altered
  • Clearance and final sale merchandise

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns using a fully insured, trackable carrier, as VS BROTHERS Fine Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made specifically for each order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production—including custom, personalized, engraved, or special-order items—cannot be canceled. If your order is eligible for cancellation before production begins, please contact our customer service team promptly for assistance.
