Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 weeks for production of made-to-order and custom jewelry. If your item is in stock, it will typically ship much sooner.

If you would like to confirm the availability or estimated delivery time of a specific piece before placing your order, please contact us. We're happy to assist you.

Shipping

For the security of your purchase, all fine jewelry orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Please note:

• Shipping times begin once your order has been completed, not from the date it was placed.
• You will receive a UPS tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes because UPS requires a physical delivery address for insured packages.
