Refund policy

Terms and Conditions: No returns accepted without written authorization. Returns shall be made within 7 days of purchase. Any returns after the 7 days will be credited at scrap value. Any diamond ring resized will not be exchanged/refund. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee. Buyer agrees to pay 1.5% per month (18% per annum) financing charge on all sums not paid in full within 30 days. Buyer will be responsible for cost of collection with or without institution of legal proceedings, Attorney fees and court costs. The undersigned individually herby unconditionally personally guarantees payments should be debt not be paid for any reason.
