Refund policy

At VS BROTHERS Fine Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  1. Be in new, unworn condition.
  2. Include all original packaging and documentation.
  3. Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  4. Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  1. Custom-designed or personalized jewelry.
  2. Engraved items.
  3. Special orders.
  4. Loose diamonds or gemstones that have been mounted or altered.
  5. Clearance or final sale merchandise.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days, subject to product availability. If the desired item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service for all returns. VS BROTHERS Fine Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty & Repairs

Manufacturing defects are covered under our limited warranty. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or lost stones caused by impact are not covered. Please contact us for repair options.
