Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations if production has already begun.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made specifically for each customer. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, although completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Custom orders require customer approval before production begins. Once approved, design changes may result in additional charges and extended production times.

Because custom jewelry is created specifically for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Product Information

We strive to display our jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, stone characteristics, metal finish, and overall appearance may occur due to photography, monitor settings, and the natural characteristics of gemstones.

All dimensions, total carat weights, and metal weights are approximate and may vary slightly.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.

Payment

Payment is required before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times begin after your order has been completed. All jewelry shipments are fully insured while in transit and are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. VS BROTHERS Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, loss, theft, or repairs performed by another jeweler.
